Role & responsibilities : Accounts & Finance Executive, (MBA, M.Com Freshers)
- General Finance & Accounting with accounts Payable, Reconciliation and Banking etc.
- Manage and reconcile month-end intergroup balances
- Review trial balances and assist in month/year-end reporting and analysis
- Support ad-hoc reporting and management requests
- Ensure adherence to P&L and Balance Sheet controls owned by Financial Control, including identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Excellent desktop/spreadsheet/database skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask in a constantly changing environment
Able to critically challenge with the goal of identifying control issues
