Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and schedule store staff to meet sales and service goals
  • Drive sales, manage KPIs, and ensure daily/weekly targets are met
  • Maintain excellent customer service and handle escalations
  • Oversee visual merchandising, stock levels, and inventory control
  • Ensure store security procedures and loss prevention standards
  • Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reporting
  • Maintain store cleanliness and brand presentation
  • Build local client relationships and support marketing activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail management experience (jewellery or luxury retail preferred)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Proven track record meeting sales targets and KPIs
  • Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery care is a plus
  • Comfortable with POS systems and basic MS Office/Google Suite
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and professional presentation
  • Availability on weekends/holidays as needed
