About the Role:

We're looking for a
creative and fast-working Thumbnail Creator (Freelancer)
to design
3–4 eye-catching thumbnails per day
for our YouTube and social media channels. You'll help boost clicks, visibility, and audience engagement through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design
    3–4 high-quality thumbnails daily
    for YouTube and other platforms
  • Collaborate with the content and video teams to understand video context and target audience
  • Follow brand guidelines while bringing creativity and trend awareness
  • Optimize designs for click-through rate (CTR) and mobile visibility
  • Deliver final designs on time with attention to quality and detail

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    thumbnail design
    or
    social media creatives
  • Proficiency in tools like
    Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
  • Strong sense of color, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of YouTube trends and audience behavior

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with educational or entertainment content
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing for creatives
