About the Role

We're looking for a
Production Assistant (Videography)
who can take full ownership of shoot logistics — ensuring smooth coordination between creators, anchors, and editors. You'll be responsible for everything that happens before, during, and after a shoot, so the creative team can focus on content quality instead of setups and coordination.

If you're someone who loves being on set, enjoys organizing production workflows, and has a good eye for framing and lighting, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Shoot Preparation

  • Coordinate with scriptwriters, editors, and anchors to finalize shoot plans.
  • Arrange shoot gear, lighting, props, and handle location permissions.
  • Maintain and update the production calendar.
  • Ensure scripts, thumbnails, and other creative assets are ready before the shoot.

During Shoot

  • Set up lighting, mic, camera, framing, and teleprompter.
  • Capture reshoots or B-rolls as needed, and maintain continuity notes.
  • Handle file naming, storage, and immediate backups.
  • Support the anchor and creators to ensure a smooth on-ground experience.

Post-Shoot Coordination

  • Upload raw footage to structured folders on shared drives.
  • Create and share basic logs or shot sheets for editors.
  • Track edit progress, version control, and approvals with the editing team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    1–3 years in video production, YouTube/influencer studio setups, or content coordination.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of camera operations (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting, and sound setup.
  • Coordination Skills:
    Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication abilities.
  • Tools:
    Proficient with Google Drive, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms.

Bonus Skills

  • Hands-on experience managing multiple creators and shoot timelines.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced YouTube or digital media environments.
  • Familiarity with video workflow management (naming conventions, folder structures, backups).
