Job Description:

  1. Responsible for business development of service departments such as AMC, Parts & Accessories Sale and Repair Machine Sale.

  2. Responsible for collections of outstanding payment of AMC, Service and Spares Part Selling.

  3. Every month Report Submission - Pipeline Business, Invoice Business, Projected Revenue collection. (1st date to 5th)

  4. Every month PM Schedule and plan visit the service engineer report (Previous month end) in a given format.

  5. Work report monthly (1st date to 5th) IN format.

  6. Submit any quote for service, AMC, casual service and parts to be sent within 3 hours.

  7. Maintain and upgrade Price List of parts and accessories for all Service Business Vertical.

  8. New AMC analysis for machine, engineer visit in 02 business days confirmed with customer.

  9. Quotation sent to customer for AMC, Parts, accessories etc. report needed every 15 days, format given.

  10. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

  11. Increase Revenue for company Service Business in Vertical.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹27,000.00 per month
