About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MEP Planning Engineer with over 5 years of proven experience in planning and execution of large-scale MEP projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Primavera P6 and possess the ability to manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution through effective planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project planning system using Primavera P6.
  • Establish and maintain the Working Schedule (WS) with supporting documents.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update the Time-Location-Schedule (TILOS).
  • Develop and update the Detailed Working Schedule (DWS).
  • Maintain and update the 90-Day Rolling Schedule.
  • Maintain and track the Design Schedule and Procurement Schedule.
  • Prepare detailed schedules for all construction phases.
  • Establish and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Manage Activity IDs and Activity Code structures.
  • Coordinate and conduct weekly follow-up on production planning.
  • Review and analyze schedules from subcontractors from a logical and contractual perspective.
  • Monitor project progress and provide support for monthly progress reports.
  • Deliver weekly presentations on work progress.
  • Prepare weekly schedules for manpower, machinery, and material.
  • Support with kick-off meeting presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an MEP Planning Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
  • Experience in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Excellent knowledge of planning methodologies, WBS, and construction scheduling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
