Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed MEP schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to align MEP timelines with overall project milestones.
  • Monitor progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual site conditions.
  • Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and resolve planning-related issues.
  • Support in resource planning and cost forecasting for MEP works.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP planning for building projects.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
