Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Tiruppur. The Branch Manager will lead day-to-day branch operations, oversee team performance, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, coordinating with the back-office team for loan processing, and fostering a customer-first culture. The individual will play a key role in driving business growth within the local market while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and guide branch staff
  • Sales and customer relationship management expertise, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving customer loyalty
  • Operational and administrative skills to manage day-to-day branch activities and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate branch performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Local market knowledge and experience in financial products, particularly loans and MSME financing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong customer and partner relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; prior experience in financial services or MSME sector is a plus
