About the Role:

We're looking for a
smart, confident, and extroverted Sales Trainer

who can conduct
virtual sales training sessions

for teams across different organizations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, know the art of prospecting and closing, and be skilled at training others to achieve measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    virtual sales training programs

for external client organizations.

  • Train participants on
    prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calling

.

  • Teach strategies for
    taking demos, handling objections, and closing deals

.

  • Design and deliver
    customized virtual training modules and workshops

.

  • Train participants on
    sales tools

including CRMs, email senders, and AI-based platforms.

  • Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

  • Stay updated with new-age sales tools, trends, and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in
    sales and/or sales training

.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — fluent, confident, and engaging.

  • Hands-on knowledge of
    CRM systems, email automation tools, and AI tools

.

  • Strong understanding of
    virtual communication and remote engagement techniques

.

  • Outspoken, energetic, and adaptable personality.

  • Ability to create impactful, interactive training content.
