Demand Generation Specialist (US Market)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Demand Generation Specialist to own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns targeting the US market. This is a one-person marketing role in the first year, requiring someone who thrives on autonomy, can translate complex B2B services into compelling messaging, and builds data-driven campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content syndication, and digital ads with measurable ROI.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new service lines (AI consulting, cloud, and related B2B technology services) with limited resources.
Translate complex technical offerings into clear, engaging narratives and content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars).
Partner closely with internal experts to extract insights and shape a compelling brand story for the US market.
Use marketing analytics to make strategic decisions—optimize campaigns, stop underperforming initiatives, and reallocate budget effectively.
Run small, rapid experiments (A/B testing, webinars, content pilots) to identify high-potential bets before scaling.
Own the demand generation funnel end-to-end: from awareness to lead nurturing to sales-ready opportunities.
Requirements
4–8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI consulting, cloud, or other technology services.
Proven track record of independently running successful demand generation campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Experience marketing to the US market, with understanding of long B2B sales cycles.
Strong ability to convert technical concepts into customer-centric messaging.
Hands-on expertise in digital channels: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot (or similar tools).
Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
