We are looking for Warehouse Sr. Executive for our Delhi - Ghitorni Location having 4-5 years of warehouse experience.

Working Time 10 am - 7 pm

6 days a week

Salary 25-30 K / Month

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment:
  • Take necessary action to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and within the stipulated time.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for picking and packing to minimize errors and improve speed.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like pick time, pack time, and order accuracy, taking corrective action as needed.

Inventory Management:

  • Lead and manage all inventory control activities, including stock receipt, put-away, cycle counts, and audits.
  • Implement robust inventory management systems to track stock levels, prevent shrinkage, and ensure product availability.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and collaborate with the procurement team to optimize stock levels.

3. Return management

  • Take necessary steps to check all return from e commerce , through B2B and B2C
  • Make proper segregation for damage and correct material
  • Proper SPF claim application and follow up of same.
  • Take necessary step for lost, damage, not delivered , wrong product.
  • Re inward of Material

4. B2B Consignment Inventory Management :-

  • On time readiness and Shipment of B2B consignments order.
  • Packing qty records and follow up of successful delivery and in warding at various location Pan India

5. Record Keeping :-

  • Develop and maintain various record for all activates mentioned above , as like inward, outward, Loss , damage etc. report.

6. Other Operational Work :-

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the dark store, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Design and optimize the store layout and shelving to improve picking efficiency and reduce physical strain on the workforce, thereby enhancing health metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of hygiene and operational excellence.
  • Manpower Management - Lead and manage a team of off-roll (contractual) staff, including pickers, packers.
  • Conduct training and performance reviews for the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Around 5 years of proven experience in managing operations for a e-commerce, dark store, or a high-volume retail/FMCG distribution center.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing off-roll (contractual) manpower.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, particularly in a high-turnover environment.
  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and route planning software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
  • Deep understanding of store design and its impact on operational efficiency and employee health metrics (e.g., reducing walk-time, minimizing lifting, ergonomic layout).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
