We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to join our team at ECOLAB GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality control, and customer service, to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute site-specific plans and projects.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure site performance and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the machinery or equipment manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of site operations, maintenance, and quality control principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is an asset.
