Key Result Areas:

· Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the International Market

· Responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads while consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis to meet or exceed targets

· Responsible for Bidding, Various Sales tools & online platform

· To identify and develop new markets

· To qualify leads, lead, and motivate the team to achieve targets

· Exposure to the business development cycle for IT Sales and strong

· Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with the help of Pre-sales

· Active participation in campaign design and execution

· Managing relations with the new and existing client base and generating repeat business
