We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

You will be a key player in designing, building, and maintaining our scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment and operation of our SaaS product.

Responsibilities :

- Cloud Infrastructure & IaC : Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for automation, DX (Developer Experience) and cost optimization.

- CI/CD Pipeline Mastery : Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Github Actions, ArgoCD) to ensure rapid, reliable, and automated software delivery.

- Containerization & Orchestration : Implement and manage container technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to deploy and scale microservices efficiently.

- Monitoring & Alerting Systems : Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch) to ensure system health, performance, and proactive issue detection.

- Security & Compliance : Implement and enforce security best practices across the infrastructure, including IAM policies and vulnerability management.

- Automation & Scripting : Develop custom automation scripts using languages like Python, Bash to streamline operational tasks and promote an "automate everything" mindset.

- Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams, provide operational expertise, and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing.

- Problem Solving & Optimization : Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and continuously evaluate new technologies to enhance platform reliability and performance.

Our ideal candidates would :

years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role, preferably within a SaaS product company.

- Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong proficiency with Git and GitHub.

- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).

- Solid understanding and practical experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Load Balancers, Firewalls).

- Familiarity with database administration (SQL and/or NoSQL databases).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Bonus :

- Experience with specific tools relevant to our stack (e.g., Postgres, OpenSearch, Redis, Kafka, Helm, etc.).

- Experience in a compliance-driven environment (e.g., SOC 2 Type II).

- Prior experience as a software developer or strong coding skills in a compiled language.

- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)).

- Experience scaling infrastructure for rapidly growing businesses.

- Experience working with Start-up is a plus point.
