Role Overview:

BN Group is looking for a DGM Finance with strong expertise in treasury, fund raising, and banking relations to support the companys rapid business expansion in edible oil, agro commodities, and global operations. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 1015 years of experience in structured and non-structured funding, working capital management, and loan syndication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead fund raising initiatives from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

Structure fund-based and non-fund-based banking facilities (loans, LCs, guarantees, working capital).

Manage banking relationships and negotiate competitive rates/terms.

Support business expansion projects with debt structuring and financing plans.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and imprest fund requirements.

Oversee drafting of financial documents, loan agreements, and board papers.

Provide strategic inputs on treasury operations and capital structuring.

Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and internal audit requirements.

Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 1015 years in treasury, banking, and fund raising

Proven expertise in:

Raising funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions

Structured and non-structured financing

Working capital management and loan syndication

Drafting financial documents, MIS, and reporting

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and drafting abilities
