Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Team Supervision & Monitoring

  2. Oversee daily operations of BDE on the floor.

  3. Ensure BDE are following scripts, processes, and quality standards.
  4. Track live calls and provide on-spot guidance when required.

2. Performance Management

  • Monitor KPIs like call volume, conversion ratio, TAT (Turnaround Time), and customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and share feedback with management.

3. Training & Development

  • Provide regular coaching and refresher training to BDE.
  • Conduct role plays and mock calls for skill enhancement.
  • Ensure new joiners are well-oriented with EV knowledge and communication standards.

4. Process & Quality Control

  • Ensure 100% compliance with calling scripts and data usage guidelines.
  • Maintain call quality standards and reduce escalations.
  • Regularly audit calls and share feedback.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance, attendance, and productivity.
  • Act as a link between BDE team and senior management.
  • Share customer insights and challenges for process improvement.

6. Motivation & Engagement

  • Keep the team motivated through encouragement, recognition, and incentive drives.
  • Resolve team concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Handle conflicts and ensure discipline on the floor.
