Role Overview

Matlabs Technologies is seeking an HR Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience who can independently manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and basic administration. The HR will be the first point of contact for employees and will play a vital role in establishing HR practices within the company.

  • Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

Support compliance requirements in coordination with external consultants.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.

Handle basic administrative functions, including office supplies and vendor coordination.

  • Required Skills & Competencies

1–3 years of hands-on HR experience.

Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll basics, and compliance.

Proficiency in HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, or similar).

Willingness to learn new skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-growing organization.
