Designation: International - Business Development Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Timings: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage and build rapport with UK-based estate agents through outbound calls.
  • Conduct detailed online research to collect and verify property-related information.
  • Organise, manage, and update property data in a structured and accessible format.
  • Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and developers.
  • Source property data from multiple online platforms and validate its accuracy.
  • Identify and connect with direct landlords, establishing strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals for properties, including purchasing or securing them on rent.
  • Collaborate with developers and maintain ongoing partnerships to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships over the phone.
  • Strong research and data management abilities.
  • Prior experience in BPO, international calling, real estate, or sales will be an added advantage.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle international clients confidently.
