Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Sales Representative to join our sales department. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of electronics, particularly electronic circuits, and have a successful track record in sales within industries where our semiconductor components play a vital role.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical advisor and sales partner to customers, understanding their application needs and recommending suitable semiconductor components.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers across industries such as:

  • Automotive & EVs

  • Renewable Energy (solar, wind, power storage)
  • Industrial Automation & Robotics
  • Power Electronics
  • Defense & Aerospace electronics

  • Work closely with internal R&D, application, and operations teams to support customer requirements.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts and target markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer visits, and industry insights.
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Support customers through the entire sales cycle, including post-sales technical coordination and follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in:

  • Technical sales

  • Application engineering
  • Field application engineering (FAE)
  • Product marketing (semiconductors/electronics)

  • Good understanding of semiconductor components such as: MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, rectifiers, regulators, power modules, etc.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working across teams.
