Strategic purpose of the position

Demand forecasting and sensing along with data analysis and trend identifications

Core responsibilities

  • Rolling six months Demand
  • Collaborative forecast review with Sales
  • Lead collaboration meetings with stakeholders to review forecasts and market trends
  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly secondary demands and trend
  • Develop and monitor internal and external key performance indicators including forecast accuracy, persistent bias along with planning dashboard
  • Design and create new tools to help improve the demand planning and forecasting
  • Engage in continuous improvement as it relates to processes and forecasting
  • High Level Excel working Proficiency preferably Macros.
  • Drive development of Auto Mode Planning for better outputs.
  • Improve Secondary product demand sensing and availability

Competency Requirements

  • Proficiency in Data Analysis
  • Knowledge of forecasting methods
  • High analytical skill and Excel capability
  • Excellent Presentation skill
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in Power BI
  • ERP experience will be preferred

Education & Experience

  • Graduation / Preferably Post Graduation in Operations or Supply Chain management
  • 1 - 3 Years in FMCG or Beverage Industry with preferable exposure to automation and analytics, preferably in Demand Planning

Travel Requirements

Will involve some travel to the sales markets
