Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, located in Gurugram. The Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest queries and reservations, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Additionally, the Associate will coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of hospitality and contribute to the overall success of the resort.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage guest queries and reservations efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
  • Ability to work well within a team and coordinate with different departments
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
