Role Description
A motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer with expertise in laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, and turnkey lab solutions. Adept at bridging the gap between technical requirements and customer needs by combining engineering knowledge with strong sales acumen.
Qualifications
- Engineering in Electrica/Electronics/Biomedical/Chemical or similar stream. Bsc/Msc in Chemistry/Biology
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell laboratory equipment, instruments, and infrastructure solutions to academic, research, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based discussions with end users, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth supply, commissioning, and after-sales support.
- Build strong client relationships, provide application support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
