About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-friendly B2C Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team in Defence Colony. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, showcasing products, and driving sales while ensuring an excellent buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide walk-in customers with product selection.
  • Showcase jewellery collections, explain features, and highlight craftsmanship.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain store aesthetics and merchandise displays.
  • Handle billing and basic store operations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2C jewellery sales experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and confident personality with customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
  • Flexible with rotational day-offs.
