Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated
Data Analyst
to drive data strategy, insights generation, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, leadership experience, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI professionals to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Utilize strong SQL and data manipulation skills to analyze large and complex datasets.
  • Apply statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all analytics processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement of BI tools, processes, and best practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in
    Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis
    .
  • Proven track record in
    leading analytics teams or projects
    .
  • Strong technical expertise in
    SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
    (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Hands-on experience with
    statistical or analytical tools
    (e.g., Python, R, SAS).
  • Excellent
    business acumen
    and ability to translate business needs into analytical frameworks.
  • Strong
    communication, stakeholder management, and leadership
    skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making.
