Role Description

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at RAMA REFLECTION INDIA PVT. LTD., you will lead the technology strategy, oversee the development and dissemination of technology for the company, and ensure that all technological objectives align with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing technological resources, leading the IT team, making executive technology decisions, and evaluating new technologies to foster innovation and competitiveness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities with experience in managing and building technology teams.
  • Technical expertise in system architecture, software development, and deployment methods.
  • Proficient understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and database management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to oversee the integration of innovative technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with stakeholders and teams across departments.
  • Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive organizational growth.
  • Proven industry experience in a leadership role and bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
