What You'll Do:

Join Nemetrix Technologies' growth team as a Jr. Business Development Executive (Incentive-based). You will be the first point of contact for our leads and play a key role in driving conversions and pipeline growth.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Make outbound calls to leads (daily calling targets) and qualify prospects.
  • Update and maintain lead records in the CRM; log call notes and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team and perform follow-ups to reduce no-shows.
  • Support outreach across email and WhatsApp when required.
  • Assist marketing with campaign execution and basic content/sharing tasks.
  • Prepare short daily/weekly reports on call outcomes and lead status.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Clear spoken English and confident phone presence.
  • Comfortable with daily calling targets and performance-driven work.
  • Good organisational skills; able to update spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
  • Coachable, punctual, and results-oriented.

Compensation Model:

  • Incentive / performance-based (no permanent fixed salary).
  • Earning structure includes per-qualified-lead pay, higher incentives for booked demos and closed deals, and spot/top-performer bonuses. (Exact incentive break-up shared during interview.)
