Company Description

Marathon Realty has been shaping the Mumbai skyline for over 54 years with more than 100 completed projects. We are currently developing several townships in rapidly growing neighborhoods, affordable housing projects, luxury skyscrapers, small offices, and large business centers across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Our ongoing projects are located in Lower Parel, Byculla, Mulund, Bhandup, Dombivli, and Panvel.

Role Description

  • Strategy Development:
    Craft and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Campaign Management:
    Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground activations.
  • Brand Positioning:
    Strengthen the Marathon Realty brand through compelling storytelling, cohesive branding, and innovative messaging.
  • Team Leadership:
    Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives, creative professionals, and external agencies to achieve high-performance outcomes.
  • Channel Optimization:
    Leverage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and CRM tools to optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management:
    Allocate and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Market Insights:
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and capitalize on industry trends.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with the sales, design, and project teams to align marketing efforts with project timelines and goals.
  • Content Oversight:
    Ensure high-quality content creation for brochures, presentations, digital ads, videos, and other collaterals.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Measure and report the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on high-impact campaigns in real estate or similar industries.
  • Proven expertise in managing large budgets, cross-functional teams, and external vendors or agencies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team while driving results.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a knack for efficiency and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Highly analytical, with experience in leveraging data for decision-making and improving ROI.
  • Adept at balancing creativity with business acumen, ensuring innovative yet pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and CRM tools), traditional media, and integrated campaign planning.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Driven and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving targets.
