We are the sole authorized importer and distributor of luxury brands like Tom Ford, Dior, Fendi, Loewe, OffWhite, Palm Angels, Zegna, Bally, Pucci, Timberland, Kenneth Cole, Skechers etc. Additionally, we are also the authorized corporate business partner for Montblanc accessories.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer located in Greater Kolkata Area. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for day-to-day procurement activities, including creating purchase orders, vendor management, and contract negotiation. They will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to meet business requirements while also ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to extract insights and develop actionable procurement strategies based on data
  • Experience in procurement and purchasing, preferably in the luxury goods or retail industry
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, vendor management, and supply chain management
  • Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers and managing vendor relationships effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to review and analyze procurement documents to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • A degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering is preferred
