The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, team coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day activities.Key Responsibilities:Office & Team Management:Oversee the overall functioning of the registered office with a team of 20-25 staff members.Ensure smooth coordination across departments and maintain daily operational efficiency.Supervise administrative activities, resource management, documentation, and facility maintenance.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory accounts.Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Provide timely financial insights for management decision-making.Financial Operations:Manage day-to-day financial processes, including bill processing, vendor payments, and expense monitoring. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions. Coordinate with the finance team for month-end and year-end closing activities. Office Administration:Handle administrative tasks such as procurement, asset management, documentation, and office logistics. Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a professional office environment. Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and service providers when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in finance, office administration, or similar roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software.
