Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Assistant, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for managing purchase orders, assisting in procurement and purchasing processes, and maintaining records of transactions. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and cost-effective procurement. Analytical tasks and effective communication with team members and vendors are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Purchase Orders, Purchasing, and Procurement
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions
  • Effective Communication skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in procurement or related fields is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred
