Job Description:

TMS Implementation

  • Leads the end-to-end implementation of the Transport Management System (TMS) within defined timelines, coordinating with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless rollout.
  • Ensures adoption of the TMS across all Lines of Business (LOBs) and works closely with stakeholders to drive consistent usage and understanding of the platform.

Transport & Packaging Optimization / Compliances

  • Drives sustainability and compliance initiatives by increasing the adoption of CNG-enabled vehicles.
  • Improves transport productivity through route optimization and cost reduction initiatives, especially post TMS implementation.
  • Supports the introduction of new sustainable models, including environment-friendly packaging for all internal packaging requirements and implementation of an end-to-end SRN model for enhanced traceability.

Warehouse Projects

  • Supports transition of existing warehouses to 3PL partners and ensures smooth migration to new facilities that meet organizational guidelines.
  • Aligns partner expectations by designing / refreshing scope of work and KPI / SLA frameworks across all LOBs to ensure standardized warehouse performance and service delivery.

Educational Qualification:

MBA or Bachelors degree with relevant experience in logistics / supply chain management.

Experience Required:

5–10 years of experience in warehouse and transport operations, including TMS implementation, 3PL/partner governance, transition projects and optimization initiatives (route, cost, sustainability)
