Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple retail outlets within the assigned region, ensuring consistent sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Conduct daily sales reviews and ensure branches achieve revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
  • Plan and monitor staff duty rosters, ensuring adequate manpower allocation across all outlets.
  • Lead and facilitate morning sales briefings with Branch Managers to align daily goals and priorities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and grooming protocols across all branches.
  • Conduct branch audits including cash verification, stock reconciliation, licenses, and compliance checks.
  • Drive corporate sales opportunities and build long-term B2B customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Organize and participate in weekly one-to-one meetings with Branch Managers to review performance and address challenges.
  • Provide training and coaching to teams on product knowledge, SOPs, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure strict monitoring of product quality (QC), non-availability items, and near-expiry products with proper up-selling strategies.
  • Implement and monitor FIFO process, wastage control, and return product management.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow and equipment upkeep.
  • Support marketing activities at the branch level to enhance customer walk-ins and brand visibility.
  • Evaluate customer feedback, walk-in patterns, and offer suggestions to senior management for improved service and promotions.
  • Participate in daily Branch Manager conference calls and provide inputs to General Manager/Head Office.
  • Ensure discipline in financial processes including petty cash checks, random audits, and stock closing verifications.
  • Act as a link between Head Office and Branches, ensuring all directives, new SOPs, and organizational goals are effectively communicated and implemented.
