Strategic Marketing Head
to lead our brand's growth, craft compelling campaigns, and build a loyal customer base across Hyderabad and beyond.

In this role, you'll define our marketing strategy, execute digital and offline campaigns, and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll work closely with the founder to scale the brand while maintaining our promise of freshness, authenticity, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Akshaja Traditional Foods.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and email marketing.
  • Drive brand awareness, positioning, and storytelling for D2C customers.
  • Analyze customer data, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and sales teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Explore growth opportunities through partnerships, promotions, and events.
  • Lead a small marketing team and mentor junior members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or food brands.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (social media, ads, content marketing, email marketing).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social media insights).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker, creative, and hands-on execution mindset.
  • Passion for food brands, storytelling, and customer experience.
