Job Title: Project Manager IT Infrastructure

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and drive a variety of infrastructure-related projects. The ideal candidate should be independent, proactive, and capable of managing complex initiatives with minimal supervision. This role requires strong technical understanding of infrastructure environments and delivery methodologies is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee projects such as Disaster Recovery, Database Upgrades, Server Upgrades, Data Centre Setup, Asset Management, VDI Standardization, Cybersecurity, Cloud (Azure), and AI implementations.
  • Drive Agile practices using tools like Jira and ensure timely sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure project documentation is up to date.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-12 years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working knowledge of Jira.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be culturally aligned with diverse global teams.
