Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an IFS Practice Head / Delivery Head. The role involves overseeing the delivery of IFS ERP projects, managing client relationships, ensuring project success, leading a team of consultants, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the projects meet clients' needs, are completed on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Experience with IFS Applications, ERP systems implementation, and project management
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of consultants
  • Proficiency in business process optimization and IT strategy
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is beneficial
  • Experience in global technology consulting or similar industry will be advantageous
