Job Description
Head is responsible for providing direction to the strategy, sales, solution and delivery aspects of the Strategic Business Practice to deliver optimal solutions and achieve the short, medium and long-term goals.

Responsible for revenue of up to 100 MUSD from the Business Practice - HRO domain

Propose specific initiatives for the SBP aligned to the overall strategic direction, based on ROI estimates and approvals from the relevant stakeholders.

Design and oversee the implementation of an appropriate internal and external branding strategy to meet the revenue objectives of the year as well as build a steady Pipeline for future growth of business and create a unique differentiation in the marketplace.
