Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Relationship Manager to drive gold loan sales and expand our customer base through gold loan sourcing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial product sales, strong relationship-building skills, and in-depth knowledge of the gold loan market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly gold loan sales targets through effective customer acquisition and retention.
  • Actively engage in gold loan sourcing by identifying and developing new business opportunities from existing and new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Educate customers about gold loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and related policies.
  • Conduct verification and valuation of gold as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC norms, lending procedures, and RBI regulations.
  • Collaborate with branches, marketing teams, and other departments to generate leads and maximize sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven track record in gold loan sales and sourcing.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of gold valuation and lending processes.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.

Qualifications:

HSC

1–3 years of experience in gold loan sales, gold loan sourcing, or similar financial services roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹335,000.00 per year
