A B2B HVAC tele sales representative is responsible for generating new business leads and sales by contacting potential commercial and industrial customers over the phone, identifying their HVAC needs, presenting customized solutions from a range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products and services, and closing deals to meet sales targets, all while building strong relationships with key decision-makers within each company. Key Responsibilities:

- **Needs analysis**:Conduct in-depth conversations with prospective clients to understand their current HVAC systems, energy consumption patterns, and specific requirements to tailor solutions.
- **Product presentation**:Articulate the features and benefits of various HVAC systems, including energy efficiency options, maintenance plans, and system upgrades, to address customer needs.
- **Quotation creation**:Develop detailed proposals with pricing, system specifications, and project timelines based on customer needs and company pricing guidelines.
- **Sales closing**:Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to secure new HVAC contracts.
- **Account management**:Maintain relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and identifying potential upselling opportunities.
- **Sales pipeline management**:Accurately track sales activities, forecast sales opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- **Market knowledge**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging HVAC technologies to make informed sales decisions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
