**Job Title**: Telecaller cum Business Development Executive

**Experience**: 6-12 months
**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month
**Industry**: Construction & Home Appliance Service

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate business leads.
- Explain services to potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Follow up with clients for business development and relationship management.
- Coordinate with the field team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

**Requirements**:

- 6-12 months of experience in telecalling or business development.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve concerns.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in construction or home appliance services is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
