Client Services Partner

Tier 1 and Direct Client supported Accounts PRIMUS

The Client Services Partner reports to the PRIMUS Senior Client Services Director with the objective of supporting account management that involves client job requirement, candidate submittal and candidate submittal follow-up among other assigned tasks that contribute to ongoing business development targeted at Tier 1 and Direct Client accounts.

Among other responsibilities assigned periodically by PRIMUS senior management, this role includes the following:

  • Support the further development of key business relationships working across all organizational levels including senior client management for existing and new accounts. Consistently meets account management services delivery and sales activity targets assigned by management in terms of client account satisfaction as measured by the receipt of new Client Services Master Agreements. Specifically, this includes among other assigned tasks as assigned.: o The assessment and qualification of client job requirements
  • Input and assignment of job requirements to the PERIMUS Delivery Team Recruiting

Managers o Approval and execution of candidate submittals to the client point of contact o Submittal follow-up and client interview closure o Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales tracking and CRM information in the company's ATS database (Ceipal)

Required Qualifications:

  • Ideally, candidates for this role will possess a bachelors degree (Advanced Degree preferred) combined with relevant business training.
  • Experience within the U.S. staffing industry. A prior background supporting the sales and delivery of new and existing client accounts is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills that includes an ability to convey complex details coherently.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to present information to a live or virtual audience.
  • Must be decisive, self-motivated, and proactive possessing a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members.
