Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience:1-3 years

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join

our team as a Business Analyst.

You should be able to deeply understand business requirements, conduct market research,

optimize processes, and provide timely reports in supporting the overall success of our

organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Data Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for dissemination

with sales team. Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can

inform strategic decision-making processes.

  1. Revenue Projections and Tracking: Prepare revenue projections for budgeting

activities and track monthly performance against assigned targets. Analyse monthly

revenue trends and identify corrective measures, if required.

  1. Pre-sales support: Interact with customers to gather requirements and conduct

product demonstrations. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams as

necessary.

  1. Market Research: Undertake appropriate market research on new products and

market segments to stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and

competitive landscapes.

  1. Process Optimization: Evaluate business processes and identify areas for

optimization. Provide recommendations for streamlining workflows and improving

operational efficiency.

  1. Business Support: Assist the Business Head in product management and new

product development and customise presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with additional certifications or relevant experience are a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of

successfully identifying and analysing client requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from sales data and market research.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to effectively interact

with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for optimization.

  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving aptitude.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks

effectively.

  • Should have adv. knowledge on Python, SQL, Ms Office, Etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
