Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to support our sales team by providing insights, reports, and data-driven recommendations. The candidate will work closely with sales managers and leadership to track performance, analyze trends, and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and target tracking.
- Identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Costing, Technical Sales Support) to support business decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 23 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in EPC Sales or tracker sales or solar inverters or solar modules is mandatory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
