Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (Rotational Weekly Off)

Location : Kolkata

Notice period : Immediate joiners only

Job Description : We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our UHG Voice Process (Member & Relationship Management). The role involves interacting directly with customers, providing excellent service, and maintaining high standards of communication and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound member calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain data accuracy and documentation as per compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to service quality and productivity standards.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • SVAR Score: Minimum 60.
  • Preferably from an English Medium education background.
  • Strong English comprehension, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and good business writing skills.
  • Customer-service-oriented attitude with strong soft skills.
  • Should not be enrolled in any full-time course.
  • Must be comfortable working from office and in night shifts

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Qualification: Graduate / HSC Fresher with excellent communication skills.
  • Candidates with B.Ed, D.El.Ed, MBA, BA LLB, or other niche qualifications not eligible.
  • BPO experience with complete documentation is an advantage.
  • Full-time students and out-of-boundary candidates are not eligible.
  • Must possess original Aadhar & PAN cards.
  • Self-travelling candidates outside the transport boundary not eligible.
