Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3- 4 years of experience to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent to support the company's growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define job descriptions, and create hiring plans.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social channels, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate hiring panel discussions.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS (Keka or similar).
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports to the HR leadership team.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, events, and postings.
- Work on improving recruitment processes, reducing TAT, and enhancing hiring efficiency.
- Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and manage the onboarding transition.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience hiring across tech, product, sales, or support roles is preferred.
- Strong sourcing capability and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
