Job Summary:
The BD/Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposal responses, conducting market analysis, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and company capabilities. Regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline status is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their IT requirements and proposing tailored solutions
- Prepare and present compelling proposal responses, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential clients in the IT industry
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and company capabilities
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, including new geographies, industries, or product lines
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status; provide regular updates to senior management
