Job Title

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership / Senior Manager to lead and push on Technical Vendor Management/relationship including Operational Activities in COO-OES division and push shared COO transversal services in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Business Technology support (Technical Vendor & Supplier Management) operations, ensuring the successful implementation of strategies, and driving continuous improvement in the BTS processes. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of BTS operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including a focus on shared services offered by the Operational Efficiency division the cascading of Operational Efficiency & BTS (OES) services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the BTS team in Bangalore, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance BTS operations and drive efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse BTS performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of BTS activities with overall business operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the BTS team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in BTS operations..
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on BTS activities and performance.
• Drive Operational Efficiency process including ideation to execution in Bengaluru site for TSI
• Focus on shared services offered by the TSI-COO-OES team, including economic sourcing advice, contract management, vendor relationships, compliance, and security requirements
• Enhance competitiveness by providing a TSI Order/Invoice Management system along with increased transparency
• Develop and refine a comprehensive reporting and decision-making framework in close partnership with TSI divisions to enable the organization to access and utilize required data
• Manage and consolidate all TSI relevant KPIs and assist TTI Key Result measurements through a Self-Service framework and Data-as-a-Service support
• Enable Reporting-as-a-Service for specific use cases like IT Debt and Service Stability Index
• Incorporate new requirements from the Journey to the Cloud and enhance the underlying reporting dashboard focusing on key decision making KPI
• Support data-driven processes and tasks such as benchmarking.
• Cascade OES services across various business units, ensuring that the services provided by OES are effectively utilized and integrated into the operations of different departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in BTS management, with a track record of successful Operational Efficiency initiative implementation and team leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to BTS operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in driving BTS activities in a large organization.
• Familiarity with the latest BTS technologies and trends.
• Possess strong technical expertise, solid business acumen, and a sound understanding of corporate legal principles.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
