 Responsible for ensuring the integrity, and accuracy of the HRM system in
compliance with the company's policy
 The incumbent coordinates the implementation, and maintenance of the HR
Management System and constantly monitors system performance to
identify processes that need improvement.
 The incumbent performs system testing, implementation of updates, and
controls systems security and access.
 Coordinates and implements changes to the payroll system in cooperation
with the service provider.
 Maintains the configuration of the HRMS system to ensure the proper
functioning of the software.
 Manages all modules in the HRMS system (Benefits, Time and Attendance,
Workflow, Learning, Talent, Health and Safety etc.), resolve technical
issues and answer questions from staff on these matters.
 Develops, configures and produces various official and ad-hoc reports for
concerned departments.
 Creates user id and follow the procedures in collaboration with the division.
