Key Responsibilities
Key Account Executives in this industry focus on maximizing sell-in and sell-out performance and enhancing brand visibility within retail channels, such as Large Format Stores (LFS) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs).
- Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Sales and Negotiation: Driving sales targets, negotiating contracts, managing pricing strategies, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data to track trends (sell-in/sell-out), identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product development) to ensure alignment on demand planning, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensuring product placement, visual merchandising, and other in-store elements align with brand standards and identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Market Insight: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Typically requires 2-7 years of demonstrable success in sales or account management, preferably within apparel, fashion, FMCG, or other retail/manufacturing industries.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or MBA is often preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
