Business Development Associate

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 0 – 2 years of IT sales experience to drive new business opportunities and manage client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Sales executive to generate business through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Identify new markets and customer needs for PerfectKode's IT services and SaaS products.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and events.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demos, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Maintain lead pipeline in CRM and report weekly progress to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 0 – 2 years of proven experience in IT Services / SaaS Sales (domestic or international market).
- Strong understanding of services like Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, CRM/ERP, Payroll/HRM solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
