The QA/QC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring quality performance, identifying issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to verify compliance with quality standards
  • Review documentation, specifications, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances; recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports, metrics, and records
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
  • Participate in internal and external audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a QA/QC or quality-related role
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to document findings clearly and accurately
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, etc.)
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, or Lean
  • Experience using quality management systems (QMS) or testing tools
  • Certification such as CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma is a plus
